Support of PIAs / extended PIAs and providing estimations are important.
Your Tasks
- Validating efforts/estimates (PIA; Midterm; Finals)
- SR split proposals (technical; valuable)
- Manage development capacity, capacity baseline and scaling
- Active support of the Analysis phase (shift left!)
- Active work on technical (business valuable) solutions within Analysis phase (shift left!)
- Management of the development team structure (lane/team setup per release; incl. working model (Scrum/Kanban))
- Active work on technical breakdown of Service Requests and creation of technical roadmap per SR / release
- Knowledge of interfaces and performing interface sign-offs
- Active reporting of the development progress per SR
- Active clarification of development questions with project and analysis colleagues
- Ensure delivery on SCM0 and SCM1 in quality, time and budget
- Active support during testing phases (E2E / CRT / BRT)
- Active analysis and dispatching of defects (E2E / CRT / BRT / Prod) based on the SLAs and KPIs
- Ensure delivery on TL and CL and providing necessary information about feature properties/toggles
- German speaking / technical skillset
- Capable of working on his/her own (no need for micro-management)
