As an Associate –managed services you will provide 24x7 technical support for issues that involve infra services in the area of back and storage solution.
Your Tasks
- Responsibilities include assessing issues and provide solutions for problems that cannot be handed by L1 team
- You will monitor the health of data Center Storage IBM solution
- You will be responsible for addressing issues faced by the system and take necessary actions
- You will be responsible for performing necessary automation
- You will be responsible for monitoring and management system alerts and notifications, and respond accordingly through service tickets
- Keep the customers informed of incident progress, notifying them of updates for Service Requests
Requirements
- Good Understanding of on prem / cloud back-up and storage solution specially IBM
- Highly efficient in performing troubleshooting of the issue and providing solution or recover from the failure condition
- Backup & DR tool and infrastructure design & Implementation
- Ability to create and update operational procedures (issues resolution, requests, administration procedures)
- Implement & monitor ITIL process & Security tools
- Understanding and ability to promptly diagnose and related problems and failures. Should have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work well independently as well as in team
- Azure certifications will be desirable
- Should be open to work in 24*7 environment
- Must have excellent oral and written communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech
- 5-7 years of experience in Azure support
- Experienced in a Service Desk environment
- Ability to handle constantly changing flow of traffic; remain productive during slow times, be able to multitask effectively during busy times, exercise patience and professionalism during stressful situations
- Good communication skills
- Expert use of MS Office Suite
- ITIL foundation Level certified (desirable)
- Strong structural work methods, multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
