An experienced Analyst to work on technical solutions to improve IT processes and efficiencies. Work closely with various stake holders such as Developers, Solution Architects, Business IT, Business Analyst, Product owner etc. An ideal candidate will have prior experience on Web Frontend application development and analysis.

Application/Process Analyst is an IT professional specialized in understanding business requirements, analyzing business processes and workflows with an objective to provide detailed technical specification, budget estimations and capacity planning by performing preliminary impact analysis with (high-level effort estimation) and detailed analysis offering (detailed effort estimation)  

Duties and Responsibilities-

• Understand new requirements for the frontend channels/applications
  
• Analyze User stories and acceptance criteria’s
  
• Coordinate with business analyst/product owner/solution designers to understand the requirements in detail
  
• Host/participate in power workshops to brainstorm and shape requirements
  
• Prepare detail effort estimates
  
• Experience on Agile implementation
  
• Understand Service Requirement specifications, API Interface and Software Architecture Document
  
• Collaborate with development SPOCs, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owner to ensure completeness of the solution
  
• Create detail technical specification document for developers
  
• Identify issues, assumptions and risks
  
• Participate in the problem resolution
  
• Extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review
  
• Maintain a complete understanding of and adheres to all IT policies and processes
  
• Train and educate existing and new on boarded team members
  

Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications –

• Previous working experience as a Business Analyst for Web Front end applications
  
• Good understanding of Business Management, Information Technology, telecom domain or similar relevant
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
  
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  
• Good analytical skills
  
• Strong quantitative analytical skills.
  
• Experience in web analysis, online commerce, or related fields
  
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
